Finding Your Groove Workshop (9/29)
Join us for transformative 90-minute workshops designed to support mindfulness through movement, what we like to call “finding your groove.”
Using our bodies and movement, we will attune to and harmonize the mind-body connection, indulging in the present moment.
Workshop Structure:
Introduction to each other and the space
Brief psychoeducation - what is mindfulness, how do I incorporate the body into this practice and mental health benefits of mindfulness
Guided movement activities that support and synthesize concepts from introduction
Rest as a group and discuss observations to tease out new connections or “a-ha” moments.
