Finding Your Groove Workshop (11/3)
Join us for workshop designed to support the strengthening and deepening of your mind & body connection! Your Groove is that sweet spot of equal parts mind & body; you are totally immersed in the present moment and your full mind & body awareness is functioning at it's peak.
This workshop aims to guide you through new ways of moving your body in order to better understand your own Groove, and carry that into your day to day life. With more awareness through with our Groove, we can: increase joy, decrease stress, feel connected to our bodies and reduce anxiety.

Introduction to each other and the space
Brief chat & info about the session ahead of us
Guided movement exploration of mind & body connection
Rest as a group and discuss observations to tease out new connections or “a-ha” moments
